Excludes: Transfers to/from lodge, drinks, optional activities, laundry, gratuities and items of a personal nature.
Activities & Game Drives
Giraffe walk guided ±1h30 — R575 per person including VAT. Minimum 2 guests; depart from the lodge.
Guided open game drive safari in Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Game Reserve. Minimum 4 guests for a private vehicle, or join another group if seats available. Guests self-drive to Memorial Gate.
01 Nov 2025 – 31 Oct 2026: 3 hour R 673 pp or 6 hour R 1 001 pp, plus R320pp international / R160pp South African visitor conservation levy (2026).
01 Nov 2026 – 31 Oct 2027: 3 hour R 713 pp or 6 hour R 1 058 pp, plus R360pp international / R180pp South African visitor conservation levy (2027).
Packed breakfast on request. Light lunch R362 pp; braai lunch R420 pp (minimum 6 people).
Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be made in writing by email. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm a booking, unless by prior written agreement. Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations remain provisional until the deposit is received.
Cancellations must be made in writing by email: more than 60 days prior — 20% fees; 59–15 days — 75% fees; 14–0 days — 90% fees.
Payment by bank transfer (EFT) to the account details on the invoice. The lodge is a cash-free establishment. Please ensure the sender pays all bank transfer charges. Forward dietary requirements to reservations 2 weeks prior to travel.
